We watch more content than ever but enjoy and remember less. Too many platforms and infinite catalogues turn culture into decision fatigue, FOMO and autopilot watching, especially for people aged 25 to 35. The problem is no longer access to content: it's how to choose, enjoy and give it meaning.
This was a Design Sprint. Through sprint questions we mapped clear patterns, and built three profiles (Laura, Martín and Sofía) who all share the same pain: too many options, too little intention. That pointed to a clear opportunity: help people choose by how they actually feel, not by an impersonal algorithm.

MODO accompanies you before you consume. You log your mood, energy and available time, and it returns a short, intentional recommendation that fits the moment. A weekly summary and a saturation history help you notice your habits and finish what you start, instead of endlessly scrolling.

I tested MODO with 18 users across two missions. Onboarding worked for 94% and 89% understood the app straight away; choosing a series by mood reached 100% success and 81% rated it very easy. Feedback was warm: "super practical and fast", "I love it", "useful and interesting".
Designing an emotional, wellbeing-first product taught me to keep the interface calm and reduce cognitive load at every step. Testing also gave me a clear roadmap: offer preset mood options, connect with real platforms, and cap recommendations at three so the app never adds more noise than it removes.
